The Venue
The Fountain Room is a stunning marquee structure that can hold up to 500 guests for a range of exceptional winter events. From daytime conferences, to drinks receptions and awards dinner, the Fountain Room is a beautiful blank canvas able to be transformed from day to night with the greatest of ease. The venue is in a prime location just a stone throw away from Russell Square station, in Coram’s Field, making it the perfect location for events in London. Open for November and December, the Fountain Room can host a range of entertainment for a wide range of events. Whether it is a day time or an evening event you are looking for, we have you covered at the Fountain Room.
Each year the venue takes on a new theme to keep the venue looking exciting a new with every visit! We are host to not only exclusive parties but also shared, so if you have a small team do not fear, the Fountain Room is here!

FOUNTAIN ROOM
Venue Reception
As you walk into the venue from the busy streets of Bloomsbury you will be greeted from our lovely staff. Head on over to the cloakroom, where friendly staff will take your bags and coats. Make your way through our draped passage way to reveal the lavish reception area fitted with luxurious sofas and hanging lighting pendants. With our fully equipped bar, no need to queue, guests can instead grab a drink and mingle with their colleagues and friends.
This area includes occasional leather seating for guests to relax and enjoy the start of their evening. The space has full access to all toilets, cloakrooms and the bar so guest will have everything they need at their fingertips. The main dining hall is hidden from guests ready for the grand reveal. When dinner is called, guests will be in awe at the beautiful dining hall, making their way through to their tables and enjoy their delicious meal from our award-winning caterers to begin their evening of sophistication. Guests prepare to be mesmerised by the variety of entertainment that is to follow.
